Shipping policy
We are so grateful that you are shopping with Storied Beauty and will do everything in our power to ship your items to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and shipping method.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Please note that order processing time varies depending on current order volume; however, we strive to process orders same day or the next business day. The shipping methods include Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Online orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the next business day. For orders shipped through UPS Next Day Air, your package should arrive the following day once processed. For special requests regarding expedited shipping times, please email orders@storied-beauty.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays outside of our control. If an order is lost, please alert the carrier service or postal service. If an order is late through a carrier service, we are not held liable for any delays in the in the shipping process. We are happy to help however we can and always appreciate your business.
